recalled that Christopher a pool manager at my local pool was showing me how to use a keyboard .. & a special word that to me sounded like german .. in order to find sex online almost like a code word ..

I guess that the dream revolved around a house and an island ..

however here it is

recalled physics lesson . tthe place being my old workshop . computer refurbishment etc 

aim was to build a robot .. & test it i combat . against Jason Caplan .

i recal saying that mine was like the maginot line .. or more likely a combine harvester . a revolving drum . etc .. another test dream .

dreamed of being in church service led by a bishop/priest .. the place being of a high church .. catholic C of E . anglican . the after the service and a service i might add that was for Queens College I found that the building began to transform itself . into a huge rollerball park ..just like in the movie .. whereupon an Old School friend named Adam Field & I began to rollerskrateaate ..

can't be sure but I believe that Adam actualy was
 into roller skating whilst i knew him 

one singe word .. karate ..

man finaly walking on the moon ...and a little story . of colonization n .. and a man finding the elixor of youth . and discovering that he was stronger on that particular spot ..all this in a year

 & finding out that he would need less energy or fuel in order to return to earth .. however forgetting that to return to earth he would have to endure the gravity that although now an aid . would turn out to be a real problem 

somehow the moon did resemble the Yorkshire Moors . on a cold night　＆　ｔｈａ

I am not sure . have i overstepped the mark . Poor Naomi . probably did not deserve my hot looks .. all i had in my mind was the sketch where women have to know their limits . Is it ok to talk about science or anything of worthwhile with a person of the opposing sex .. I don't know

talking to a guy who has obviously had a tough time . and seeing the pride that he needed to keep his head held high had me looking into my own mire so to speak .

talking with a woman who cleans floors .six children and a happy home .. reminded me of my experiences in Hull and Liverpool .. like it was yesterday . and yet i returned home . to an empty house..

 talking to a woman today . i felt safe  and secure .. a great calm overtook me . an  oasis in the middle of bedlam ..

and so i woke ..

tai chi for an hour . with the wise words from Krishna Murti .. and after .. some meditation . mindfulness and heart .. 

and yes the question . I feel that something is not right .. my efforts  seem to have come to nought . It is just that no matter how i see things . the steps that i am taking with my own health seem to fail below my expectations .. 

Playing hide and seek with my ghosts . one important piece of news is that i am now consciously seeking out my ghosts .

overwhelmed by the great christmas gettaway . well perhaps ..

a little .. i guess only  uncomfortable .

and  so everything was done . in a spirit of adventure .. remaining flexible .. enjoying what i could not control . 

seeing people as fellow human beings

and so the day moved on

and by nigh on 01. 30pm i was done  and eating lunch

a little art and a trip to the swimming pool . till nigh on 05.00pm

where i met friend and foe alike

poor little chris in the fridge .. giving up his organs to his bigger brother twin ..

was i out of line .. No Naomi is intelligent .. and i was considering how wrong it is to treat ladies of her standing . studying both biology and economics  .. quite rightly her area of expertise 

cloning .. in a few years . common as a computer

we will all be creating little mites 

and that guy .. Adrian . proud and yet so vulnerable .. I hope that i was none too frightened .. to be able to point him in the right direction . it was all i could do  . to introduce Mind and all it's parts ..Lets hope that something positive comes from this 

even though i felt as if someone had run me over with a shitty tractor . hard work

when someone is being stubborn .

perhaps there is a lesson there for me . flexiblity ..

  and yes Ahmood . was his usual self . thanks for the DVD . will watch that closely 

so we talked about cloning ..

and now that little bit of magic . talking .to a grandmother about her 6 children . and christmas .. big families . natures little safety net .

today has not been one to remember .however to begin . no dreams last night . woke late and had to rush a little . in order to get there on time . yes my friends only 25 minutes of tai chi .

work was Ok . brave face etc . and stayed till I could bare it no longer .. so went home ..

nice though to see David and Andrew with Becky being a great help .. 18:35:41

i returned home in order to follow my meidtation routine . an hour of rest basically . mindfulness and rest ..

i watched the snow . and had a feeling that i needed to be out in it . and so after more shoping . B6 vitamins etc i felt that a trip to the allotment was in order 

camera ready headed off . and felt that the magic had gone .. wandering around figuring that photos of snow have but little value in the scheme of things

i returned feeling more myself however ..  and settled down to some art work.. where i found that the computer can become quite a help when transforming dull photos into something more interesting . I would like to say that i am still learning the ropes .however i guess that you could call this afternoon a success artistically speaking that is ..

and so as the afternoon showed signs of  turning it in. i headed  to the pool . and did my 50 laps . a mile . striking gold . met some of the folks  .. Kim Heather Malcom & Phil .. however next time i shall keep my head down .. mentioning the war. etc was not my best idea .. period . 

good to see Russel and home to a meal that i turned into a great song .. quite overcame my blues 

and returning to the PC . i like to think that by writing these experiences down i may make some sense of what is essentially my life

Low .. having to leave work . becuase i felt somewhat overwhelmed . leaving the pool . feeling that somehow i was not being honest enough with heather . 

sometimes my idea of honesty is my. putting myself  down ..so i kept quiet .. however the horror of feeling compelled to be truthful even as the cost of my sense of self .. the sauna became a place of repentence 

there was Heather with what i once may have noted as inverted pride . the lower the better so to speak . & my own story .. my own situation..

i felt almost compelled to speak the truth . however upon reflection this was my father speaking .. however this is the point  what is the truth

what am i doing  day after day .. the truth i learned today . is not the truth that comes from the father . or at least the child . an example would be simple ..

Making  it easy .. yes I am a janitor .. a cleaner . a lowly nobody.. just liike you . that's the  truth that i wanted to share .. however something made me stop . because I am more than that .. I am not going to label myself no matter how much i want to.. I am not a label .. 

and so after a heated sauna .. where we discussed Mind as a chariity . i came home feeling low ..

Ok so today began with more stomach trouble . and ver little dream recall . balance or more precisely . scales

a decision to be made peraps

and now to today . woke feeling sick . however this passsed thankfuly

and after a late start . tai chi and meditaton . lasting nigh on two hours.. lunch and a trip to see Rose . at work where i stayed till 13.00pm . good to talk to catch up on things . gave Bethen the info on the memory stick

and after a quick meal went to my art class .  

. 

 a pleasant afternoon  followd by a swim and sauna . till past 05.20pm

 home and some reading to be done . PK Dick

 blogging and dream work . plus somehow fazed by my morning sickness 

two days now .

i wonder if this  could be due to the niacin . two gramms over the night

 Somehow Bethen reminds me of a freud . with her trassformation and today her assertion that i was gushing . letting it go .

anyow . no matter . had a lovely time . inspiring . 4 semesters of art with Jane 

gone so quick
